About Plantation Monitoring
Plantation Monitoring is a product of Map My Crop, built for the people who grow, own and advise on tree crops.
Why we built it
Tree crops are long-term bets. A weak patch, a run of missing trees or a pest outbreak costs years, not weeks. Plantation Monitoring puts satellite, weather and field records on one tree-level map, so decisions start from evidence.
It began with oil palm, where estates are large and the stakes are high, and now covers more than twenty-five tree crops, from citrus and nuts to mango, olive and date palm.
Map My Crop provides satellite and weather data services for agriculture. Learn more at mapmycrop.com.
-
Real data only
We never invent numbers, names or imagery. Where data is missing, the product says "No data" instead of showing a zero.
-
Indicative, with reasons
Derived scores carry "indicative" wording, thresholds in one place and a visible reason. They guide your next visit; they do not replace it.
-
Crop-aware, not palm-by-default
Species, spacing, growth stages, water use and pests come from a crop catalogue that agronomists review.
-
Your data stays yours
Every customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.
